Framley is made by McGill & Co. Designs LLC in Smithfield, North Carolina. This page says what we collect on framley.app, why we collect it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

• When you join the waitlist or apply for the beta: your email address and, if you give them, your firm's name and your role. We also note the page that sent you to us, your browser's name and version, the time, and whether you applied for the beta.
• If you answer the two optional questions afterwards: how many people draw at your firm and what you draw in today.
• When you sign in to the beta with Google: your name and email address, and when you first and last signed in. Google also offers us your profile picture and account number. We don't keep them.

Cookies and visitor counts

Visiting framley.app sets no cookies. Signing in to the beta sets one cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, plus a short one that lasts ten minutes while you sign in. Signing out removes it, and we keep only a scrambled copy of it on our side.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.

How we use it

To write to you about Framley and the beta, to choose beta testers, and to let testers sign in. Your answers to the optional questions help us shape the beta. We don't sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare runs the site, stores the waitlist and sends our email. Google handles sign-in when you choose Continue with Google.

Framley's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Seeing, changing or deleting your details

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them. Write to hello@framley.app to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
