Framley™ is made by McGill & Co. Designs, a veteran-owned residential design studio in Smithfield, North Carolina. We design homes for families and builders, and Framley grew out of that work.

- Who is Framley for?
- Residential design firms: home designers, drafting services and design-build teams, from one designer working alone to a whole studio.
- What does it replace?
- The hand-offs. Plans, 3D views, renders and client markups usually live in separate programs and long email threads. In Framley they are one project that your firm and your client share.
- Can my clients use it?
- Yes. Clients can watch the design take shape, comment and approve in the same model, and client access is free.
- When does the beta open?
- Firms are invited from the beta applications as it grows. Apply, and we'll email you when it's your firm's turn.
- What will it cost?
- There will be plans for a solo designer, for small teams working live together, and for whole studios. Prices come later.
